Land Advisory · Statewide Pennsylvania

You pay nothing. We work the deal for you.

Independent advice for Pennsylvania landowners approached about solar, gas, forestry, or mineral leases.

If someone is knocking

A letter, a landman, a lease on the kitchen table.

Solar developers, gas companies, timber buyers, and mineral firms are all looking at Pennsylvania ground. They arrive with a prepared agreement and a number. The number is theirs, for the use they have in mind.

What they will not tell you is what your land is worth for the other uses, what the same company is paying your neighbors, or which terms in the agreement will matter twenty years from now. You get one chance to sign this well.

How it works

Three steps. No bill to you.

1. We assess what your ground is worth.

Across uses — solar, gas, forestry, mineral — not just the one that happened to call first. You see the full picture before you choose a direction.

2. We pair you with vetted companies.

We bring in companies we have checked out and put them to work on your terms. You decide who, if anyone, gets to move forward.

3. The companies pay our fee.

You pay nothing. Our fee comes from the developer, and it is disclosed to you in writing — always — so you know exactly how we are paid before you sign anything.

Our fee is paid by the company, never by the landowner, and it is disclosed to you in writing every time. No exceptions.

Where we work

Statewide Pennsylvania.

Farmland, woodlots, old family ground, acreage you inherited and have not yet put to use. If it is in Pennsylvania and a developer wants it, we can help you understand the offer.

Longbow Advisory Group also serves property owners and boards as an independent owner's representative on major capital projects across the Mid-Atlantic and New England.

Tell us who called, and we will take it from there.

Do not sign the agreement first. A short conversation now costs you nothing and can change the terms for decades.
