This policy explains what information Longbow Advisory Group, LLC collects through longbowadvisorygroup.com and our related communications, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

1. Who we are

Longbow Advisory Group, LLC (“Longbow,” “we,” “us”) is a Pennsylvania limited liability company. We provide independent owner's representative services to property owners and boards across the Mid-Atlantic and New England, and land advisory services to landowners in Pennsylvania. This policy covers our website at longbowadvisorygroup.com, including the land advisory page, and the email, phone, and text communications that follow from it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, request a bid review, download a guide, or contact us, we collect what you provide. Depending on the form, that may include:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number.
  • The community, property, or organization you represent and your role there.
  • Details about your project: trade, budget range, timeline, whether you already have bids, and any documents you choose to send.
  • For land advisory inquiries: the county, approximate acreage, who approached you, and the terms you were offered.
  • Anything else you include in a message, email, or phone call.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and the service providers listed in Section 6 collect technical information using cookies, pixels, and similar tools. That includes your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and how you interact with it. If you call a number shown on our site, our call-tracking service records the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and the advertising source associated with the number.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, and provide the service you requested.
  • Send you the guide or other material you requested.
  • Communicate with you by email, phone, and, with your consent, text message about your project and our services.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website, and understand which pages and advertising bring people to it.
  • Meet legal and recordkeeping obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or otherwise give us permission, we may send you text messages at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, replies to your inquiry, updates about your project, and occasional information about our services.

  • Consent is not a condition of doing business with us. You can work with Longbow without agreeing to receive texts.
  • Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project. Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again.
  • For help, reply HELP or email info@longbowadvisorygroup.com.
  • We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers that work for us. Companies that host our website, run our customer relationship management and forms (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), deliver email and text messages, provide analytics and advertising measurement, and track calls. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
  • At your direction. If you are a landowner and you choose to be introduced to a developer, energy company, or other party we have vetted, we will share the contact and property details needed to make that introduction. We will tell you before we do, and we will not make an introduction you have not requested. Likewise, if you are a board or owner and ask us to request bids from contractors, we share the project information needed to obtain those bids.
  • Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Longbow, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Longbow is merged, acquired, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may transfer to the successor, which must honor this policy.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website uses the following tools. Each sets cookies or similar identifiers and receives technical information about your visit.

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) to measure traffic and site usage. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the results of advertising on Facebook and Instagram. You can adjust how Meta uses data about you in your Facebook ad preferences.
  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector tracking to connect your form submissions and site visits to your inquiry so we can respond to it.
  • Call tracking, which assigns different phone numbers to different advertising sources so we know which ones work.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may limit some features, such as remembering that you already submitted a form. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no accepted standard for them.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and insurance requirements. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the tool that collected it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see Section 9.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to our website and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Regardless of where you live, you may email us at info@longbowadvisorygroup.com to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) or text messages (reply STOP).

We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time required by applicable law, generally 45 days. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Virginia, may have additional rights under those laws, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will honor those rights where they apply.

10. Children

Our services are for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites, such as Google or Meta privacy pages. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will say so plainly at the top of the page.
